Let me tell you a little bit about myself.  I have been coaching people in one way or another to succeed in their lives for over 20 years. The thing that gets me up in the morning is the possibility of being able to inspire someone including myself.  When I get to inspire you, and that helps you get closer to your goals, or teaches you something new, that means I am having an awesome day.  And I like to have as many inspired day's as I possibly can. Don't you?

In my life I have never taken the ordinary path.  If it was new and "outside the box" I have probably tried it.  In 1994 a friend of mine told me about a hypnosis training.  She said "this is right up your alley. The trainers put the whole class in a trance so you just absorb the information and the confidence to use it."  I pride myself on finding ways to achieve things when "they" say it can't be done.  And I took my first NLP training from those same trainers.  I've been studying and training in the art and science of body, mind and spirit for more than 20 years.  I've also been inspired by studying cutting edge techniques about how we think, how we sort and store information, how we create and manifest new ideas and especially, how we communicate with ourselves and each other.   I love the unlimited possibilities that exist inside our mind and our capacity to be creative.  This gives me the unique ability to see what's possible "outside the box."  I love the experience of suddenly seeing things in a whole new way that instantly makes life easier, or improved in some way.  Over my 50+ years of life experience I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to practice and become very good at using my intuition and insight in ways that help and support those in my coaching practice.

I think it all started when I was a little girl.  I grew up in a pretty big family.
Seven of us all together, five kids, my mom and dad.  My dad worked three jobs and was going to school to finish his accounting degree.  I was about 7 years old and desperately wanted to go to ballet school.  I would systematically ask my parents if they would send me for lessons but they just keept tell me there wasn't enough money to send me.  I don't remember how long this went on but it seemed like forever to my 7 year old mind.  So I decided to go to a higher authority.  I decided to go to sleep at night and let the universe know that I wanted to be a ballerina.  I went to sleep in a ballet pose.  My arms up over my head and my one foot pressed up against the inside of my other knee.  After doing this for a few weeks, my mother (out of no where) told me I was going to ballet school.  I was amazed and thrilled.  I did really well in ballet school and got a solo in my very first recital.  From that time on I knew that if I focused my mind and did everything possible I could manifest anything I really wanted.  I have carried that lesson into my personal and professional life.
I know for sure that what we say and think in our mind has a direct effect on how and if  we ultimately achieve our goals in life.  I have used all my training, knowledge and experience to create the kind of personalized coaching program that will give you the ultimate advantage when it comes to achieving your life goals as quickly and easily as possible.
